Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in IT services, enterprise architecture, or solution delivery.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Expertise in ServiceNow HAM, SAM, and ITAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management and software licensing compliance.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM principles.
- Experience designing integrations with ERP, procurement, and endpoint-management tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Strong configuration skills: JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration protocols (SSO, SAML, SOAP, REST, LDAP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HAM/SAM) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow HAM and SAM engagements.
- Act as a senior technical advisor across HAM, SAM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Facilitate customer workshops, requirements sessions, and technical design discussions.
- Design HAM solutions covering the complete hardware lifecycle.
- Architect SAM solutions covering software discovery, license entitlements, and reconciliation.
- Define strategies for maintaining accurate asset and configuration data across enterprise systems.
- Design integrations using APIs, web services, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Oversee solution quality across configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
