  • Experience overseeing enterprise operations across multiple functional areas like IT, HR, Finance, and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic plans into operational frameworks, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience leading organizational change, operational improvement, or technology-enabled transformation.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, enterprise systems, data governance, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience developing or overseeing compliance, risk management, and business continuity frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organization-wide operational planning, translating strategic priorities into scalable systems and clear accountability structures.
  • Oversee operational performance across functions including Marketplace, Membership, IT, Events, Finance, Publications, People & Culture, and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs across departments to guide long-range planning for growth, staffing, and resource capacity.
  • Partner with executive leaders to identify revenue-growth opportunities, evaluate new initiatives, and optimize financial controls.
  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to senior functional leaders, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans to ensure organizational resilience.
  • Oversee compliance, risk management, and governance requirements to protect organizational assets.
  • Provide executive oversight of information technology, including digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and process modernization.
  • Prepare Board-level materials communicating operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead complex organizational change and systems-modernization initiatives while maintaining alignment with mission-driven objectives.
