Requirements

- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams within a mission-driven or complex environment.
- Experience overseeing enterprise operations across multiple functional areas like IT, HR, Finance, and Strategic Initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate strategic plans into operational frameworks, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation experience.
- Demonstrated success leading senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
- Experience leading organizational change, operational improvement, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, enterprise systems, data governance, and cybersecurity.
- Experience developing or overseeing compliance, risk management, and business continuity frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead organization-wide operational planning, translating strategic priorities into scalable systems and clear accountability structures.
- Oversee operational performance across functions including Marketplace, Membership, IT, Events, Finance, Publications, People & Culture, and Strategic Initiatives.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs across departments to guide long-range planning for growth, staffing, and resource capacity.
- Partner with executive leaders to identify revenue-growth opportunities, evaluate new initiatives, and optimize financial controls.
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to senior functional leaders, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans to ensure organizational resilience.
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and governance requirements to protect organizational assets.
- Provide executive oversight of information technology, including digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and process modernization.
- Prepare Board-level materials communicating operational performance, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Lead complex organizational change and systems-modernization initiatives while maintaining alignment with mission-driven objectives.
