Requirements
- Strong business analysis fundamentals including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Solid product/project management fundamentals including backlog management and sequencing.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS delivery.
- Experience managing backlogs and work-tracking, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
- Ability to translate technical or methodological ambiguity into clear product decisions.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and trusted query behavior.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims data and market analytics (nice to have).
- Experience with Sigma and/or Databricks (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clearly prioritized, dependency-aware product backlog.
- Translate capability needs into well-formed epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Document business rules, methodology, and technical definitions.
- Coordinate decisions across platform, analytics, and data engineering teams.
- Support Lighthouse, Beta, and GA platform delivery requirements.
- Manage the transition of logic from legacy claims systems to current platforms.
