Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing 3+ specialists in fintech, crypto, or retail trading.
- Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Uzbekistan or Central Asia.
- Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing, including brand building, KOL/Influencer marketing, PR, community growth, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing monthly marketing budgets of $50,000–$100,000+.
- Solid hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Confluence.
- Native Uzbek language proficiency and fluent Business English for daily cross-regional communication.
- Ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends.
- Strong background in sourcing and closing deals with influencers, bloggers, and local partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional market growth by adapting global marketing strategies to local market specifics and trends.
- Manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team of KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, and content specialists.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies in Uzbekistan.
- Manage the regional marketing budget of $50k-$100k+ monthly, allocating spend to maximize ROI and lower CPA.
- Monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and cohort data using analytics platforms to guide team priorities.
- Serve as the key connection point between the local team and Global HQ to share market insights and coordinate campaigns.
- Ensure all local marketing initiatives, KOL scripts, and PR materials comply with financial regulatory standards.
