Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS.
- Direct ownership experience in P2P, AP, or procurement workflows.
- Proven experience building and shipping AI-native or agentic features to production.
- Hands-on finance experience or close partnership with finance/procurement teams.
- Strong Agile and Scrum skills with proficiency in tools like Jira or Productboard.
- Proven track record of success in fully remote, async, globally distributed teams.
- Ability to translate complex compliance logic into intuitive software.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or comparable native ERP platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with P2P/spend tools like Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, or Tipalti.
- Understanding of multi-jurisdictional tax logic including VAT, GST, and Sales Tax.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay domain backed by research.
- Manage the product roadmap including feature development, enhancements, and tech debt.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the Agile development lifecycle.
- Design and implement agentic AI integrations for invoice coding, matching, and approval routing.
- Prototype AI features and define requirements, user stories, and quality evaluations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on Go-To-Market strategy.
- Monitor product performance and incorporate customer feedback into iterative cycles.
