Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience with direct P2P/AP/procurement domain ownership.
- Direct hands-on finance experience as a practitioner or partner to AP/procurement teams.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping AI/agentic features to production.
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with experience using tools like Jira or Productboard.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fully remote, async, and globally distributed teams.
- Experience owning a live, at-scale product balancing new development with technical debt.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex compliance and financial logic.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy for Procure-to-Pay based on market and customer research.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing feature maintenance.
- Drive Agentic AI integration for invoice coding, matching, and approval routing while designing human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Lead development with Engineering and Design using Agile methodologies.
- Translate complex AP/procurement workflows into intuitive native Oracle NetSuite software.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategy and enablement.
- Ensure product logic adheres to global financial and tax compliance standards.
