Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 2 years of experience in cyber security technical writing within a program analyst environment.
- Demonstrated technical writing experience for Federal Government, Department of War, and Marine Corps facilities programs.
- Familiarity with FRCS or Operational Technology (OT) documentation and standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in virtual and in-person environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide program analyst support for the Marine Corps Facility-Related Control System (FRCS) program.
- Develop and maintain program plans, guidance documents, tracking tools, schedules, and execution documentation.
- Draft, edit, and prepare official Marine Corps FRCS program documentation including SOP updates and leadership briefs.
- Conduct data analysis across the FRCS portfolio to produce execution metrics, reports, and decision briefs.
- Monitor financial actions such as commitments and obligations to identify deviations.
- Maintain accurate project records, SharePoint repositories, and document libraries.
- Support compliance reviews, audits, and enterprise governance activities.
