Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a related biomedical or public health field.
  • Experience with electronic databases and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Ability to track progress on multiple assigned tasks by priority.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize abstract information.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in a biomedical-related field preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with Power Apps preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and their application to project management preferred.
  • Experience conducting program or project assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize program and biomedical research output/outcome data.
  • Analyze datasets and IP data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create clear data visualizations, summaries, and briefing materials for scientific and military audiences.
  • Track and manage data-related tasks and deliverables.
  • Document data sources, methods, and outputs for transparency.
  • Develop and maintain tools and templates for standardized data management.
  • Conduct quality checks on datasets and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data needs and priorities.
