Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce in a growing organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
- Proven experience supporting a business systems stack beyond Salesforce (e.g., reporting, sales engagement, or marketing platforms).
- Track record of independently owning a business systems function.
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to deliver multi-step initiatives.
- Ability to bring structure to loosely defined problems without over-engineering.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in smaller or mid-sized companies with broad ownership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency with SQL and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce Sales Cloud day-to-day including administration, configuration, and Flow-based automation.
- Manage user access and security settings including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Refactor legacy automation and address technical debt to improve Salesforce org health.
- Administer and maintain the business systems stack: Power BI, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, DocuSign, Pardot, and Datorama.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Execute end-to-end project management for system enhancements and integrations including scoping, build, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain high standards for data integrity and quality across all connected systems.
