Requirements
- 3-6 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar systems-heavy role.
- Ability to write SQL against a production warehouse independently to build and own reporting.
- Platform expertise in at least one communications system, such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, Front, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data syncs, including troubleshooting systems with poor or missing documentation.
- Evidence of designing systems that others work inside, such as defining routing, escalation, SLAs, or queue logic.
- Hands-on experience operating LLM-powered workflows or agents in a production environment.
- Strong communication judgment to differentiate between acceptable and optimal messaging for customer-facing channels.
- Disposition to debug work, identify root causes, and take full ownership of system surfaces.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data models (Salesforce as a reader).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of the communications domain, including lifecycle campaigns, shared inbox operations, and telephony systems.
- Administer and optimize platforms such as Customer.io, Front, Dialpad, and Attention.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards by writing SQL queries against production warehouse data to evaluate system performance.
- Monitor, test, and tune production AI agents to prevent regressions and ensure reliable customer-facing communications.
- Design and implement system automations and workflows using tools like n8n to integrate Salesforce and communications platforms.
- Develop evaluation approaches, guardrails, and staged release processes for customer-facing messaging.
- Proactively identify and solve problems within the communication infrastructure, including legacy workflows and new system design.
