Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in crypto, finance, accounting, consulting, or customer support roles.
- Foundational knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, and NFTs.
- Experience using Dapps, exchanges, and other Web3-related products.
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Zendesk).
- Experience with research tools such as blockchain explorers, DEX data aggregators, and web analytics.
- General understanding of Web3, DeFi industry trends, and CoinGecko's products.
- Ability to manage time, work autonomously, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Keen eye for detail and high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Project management skills to ensure deliverables are met within timelines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and private data with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and personalised support to customer inquiries across channels, strictly adhering to SLAs and established SOPs.
- Follow and execute daily operational workflows with precision, flagging inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
- Identify and escalate potential issues proactively to superiors.
- Assess listing applications based on defined criteria to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer matters and contribute to operational handovers.
- Track, document, and report key performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships with customers, project teams, exchanges, and partners while providing community support on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
