Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and business metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance degree preferred.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear narratives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and move quickly.
- Experience with design tools like Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and execution through financial modeling, dashboard creation, and KPI tracking.
- Develop polished deliverables for internal leadership and external stakeholders, including board decks, strategy memos, and reports.
- Analyze financial and operational data to uncover insights and trends for decision-making.
- Manage cross-functional projects such as product launches, partnership initiatives, and process improvements.
- Assist with marketing and growth initiatives.
- Own problems from end to end, including issue identification, solution proposals, and implementation.
