Requirements

  • 7+ years of strong professional experience, ideally in agri-project management, field extension, or input distribution/sales.
  • Native fluency in Telugu is a must.
  • Experience managing large field teams of 100–300 people directly or through partner organizations.
  • Category experience in Paddy farming is strongly preferred.
  • Strong educational background in Agribusiness, Field Extension, Operations, or Supply Chain Strategy.
  • Demonstrated capability in building high-performance cultures, coaching mid-level managers, and creating accountability systems.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools including Notion, Google Workspace, Excel, and Looker Studio.
  • Prior experience implementing QA/QC frameworks, audits, field validation checks, and SOP adherence.
  • Experience in multi-district or multi-state program rollouts.
  • Willingness to travel to fields on a daily basis.
  • Ability to understand and engage with agrarian communities, farmers, FPOs, and NGOs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage state-level operations, project coordinators, and field agents to ensure on-ground execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships and strategize solutions with implementation partners at managerial and execution levels.
  • Streamline SOPs, task sheets, and roadmaps to ensure project timelines and performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on carbon process compliance, R&D, and input distribution logistics.
  • Engage with external local stakeholders including universities, government bodies, NGOs, and FPOs.
  • Analyze and report daily/weekly performance KPIs to leadership and Ops Execution teams.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and distribution of climate-smart agricultural inputs.
  • Drive farmer engagement through training, awareness campaigns, and demonstration plots.
