Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup environments, preferably at the intersection of technology and operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, with demonstrated exposure to structured problem-solving and complex business initiatives.
- Proven experience owning and driving complex cross-functional initiatives as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
- Strong analytical capabilities and practical experience using SQL, Python, Excel, or comparable tools.
- Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or a similar cross-functional operating role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA degree is considered an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with comfort in ambiguity.
- Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and developing business cases through execution, measurement, iteration, and scaling.
- Define initiative objectives, success metrics, expected business impact, and decision frameworks to establish clear measures of progress and outcomes.
- Develop structured execution plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for complex initiatives, maintaining ownership from initial problem definition through successful delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities, resolve dependencies, remove roadblocks, and drive execution.
- Monitor initiative performance through data, operational metrics, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Develop scalable processes, operating mechanisms, and coordination frameworks that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
