Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8–10 years of professional experience in production operations, manufacturing, or sourcing.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership position.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience managing overseas factories and working with geographically distributed teams.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in multicultural environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and promote continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning or operational management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to factory sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists.
- Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 factories to meet KPIs across quality, on-time production, and compliance.
- Participate in risk assessment and pre-production meetings.
- Resolve complex production challenges including material delays and capacity constraints.
- Support social and environmental compliance and sustainability programs.
- Co-lead automation initiatives and support adoption of lean manufacturing methods.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify performance gaps and drive operational decision-making.
