Requirements
- 12+ years of experience across Product Strategy, Growth, Product Management, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related disciplines, including meaningful leadership experience.
- Proven experience driving product adoption, activation, engagement, retention, customer expansion, or product-led growth within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience using product and customer data to identify problems, uncover opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, segmentation, experimentation, retention metrics, customer lifecycle analytics, and product adoption measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and senior stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes and the ability to establish clear ownership and accountability.
- Ability to move effectively between executive-level strategy, data analysis, and hands-on problem solving.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills, particularly when translating complex data and customer insights into clear recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product adoption strategy across key products, capabilities, customer segments, and stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Identify barriers to product discovery, activation, engagement, and repeat usage, prioritizing opportunities according to customer impact and business value.
- Establish adoption metrics, success criteria, and measurement frameworks covering onboarding, activation, feature penetration, engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Analyze customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, feature usage, behavioral patterns, and segmentation data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to evaluate time-to-value, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, churn, and customer behavior across products and use cases.
- Translate customer and product insights into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, roadmaps, onboarding, UX, and cross-product experiences.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue teams.
