Requirements
- Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI tools and AI agents in professional or personal projects.
- Evidence of ability to own client, stakeholder, or operational delivery and turn direction into reliable follow-through.
- Practical confidence with Airtable or comparable structured work systems (Monday.com, Notion, Asana).
- Friendly, confident spoken and written English skills.
- Judgment to critically review and verify AI-generated output against brand standards and context.
- Systems mindset with the ability to design repeatable workflows.
- High agency, ownership, and ability to drive improvements independently.
- Structured thinking to convert ambiguity into clear inputs, outputs, and statuses.
- Strong remote-working habits, including prompt communication and thorough documentation.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to organize records effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support account delivery with AI tools and agentic workflows as your default.
- Turn client requests, Account Manager direction and service priorities into clear tasks, owners, handovers, and next steps.
- Maintain reliable account context, including stakeholders, priorities, history, decisions, and blockers in shared systems.
- Keep the account's operating rhythm running through meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, reports, and calendar planning.
- Draft clear, client-ready summaries and updates that communicate complex work effectively.
- Maintain and improve Airtable systems to ensure data accuracy and streamlined workflows.
- Use approved AI tools and agents to complete account tasks such as research, briefing, QA checks, and dependency coordination.
