Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or supporting onboarding and project delivery of complex SaaS solutions.
- Previous experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales.
- Ability to handle technical objections and manage stakeholder expectations in sales environments.
- Strong project management expertise with a focus on resolving issues before they impact timelines.
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and pivot between high-level strategy and granular technical troubleshooting.
- Experience leading meetings with senior stakeholders such as IT, Safety, and HR leaders.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in learning new technologies, including AI, VR, and LMS integrations.
- Willingness to travel to customer and prospect sites across the US a few times a quarter.
- Ability to travel to the UK occasionally for team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, demos, and handling technical objections during the sales cycle.
- Scope, execute, and land pilots to convert prospects into signed business.
- Manage technical deal assets, including security questionnaires, RFP responses, and deployment plans.
- Lead end-to-end implementations for closed-won accounts through to successful go-live.
- Develop and execute rigorous project plans to accelerate Time-to-Value.
- Serve as a consultative technical partner for client IT, Safety, and Learning stakeholders.
- Deliver tailored training workshops and instructional materials for client deployments.
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to provide field feedback and US market insights.
