Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth, healthcare, technology, or similarly complex environment.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, from specialized individual contributors through senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong hiring outcomes.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience engaging passive, senior, and specialized talent.
- Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar functions and talent markets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
- Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, or Jira.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles spanning Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, Corporate, and Commercial.
- Manage approximately 8–15 active requisitions at a time while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Develop structured interview guides and interview plans in partnership with hiring managers.
- Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and professional networks.
- Lead offer discussions and negotiations in partnership with the People team.
