Requirements
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university.
- Studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning programs, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change management.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing.
- Comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborative across functions and levels; curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Take a loosely defined problem and turn it into a clear plan: what you're solving, what you need to know, and how you'll get there.
- Research, synthesize, and structure complex information into something a busy executive can act on.
- Build presentation-ready deliverables - documents, frameworks, decks, or tools - that hold up without heavy editing.
- Communicate proactively: flag blockers early, surface what you've learned, and tell us when your thinking has changed.
- Present your work and recommendations to the team, and to People & Culture stakeholders.
