Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with consumer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering meaningful impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex information.
- First principles thinker comfortable working with incomplete information.
- Diligent with impeccable follow-through on ownership.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep interest in user feedback.
- Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with global business hours for engineering coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages to simplify user flows.
- Personalize the user experience based on user personas and marketing channels.
- Improve the display of complex insurance quote information to minimize cognitive overload.
- Integrate different insurance carriers into simple, trustworthy user experiences.
- Integrate new products like home, motorcycle, and roadside assistance into the existing funnel.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Leadership to identify growth opportunities.
