Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, tables, charts).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and explore new tools independently.
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs and iterate quickly.
- Collaborative mindset for working across HR functions.
- Experience with prompt chaining or multi-stage workflows (Bonus).
- Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Bonus).
- Conceptual understanding of APIs or technical tooling (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Prototype AI workflows and agents using tools like M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, and Claude.
- Convert enablement learnings into durable assets including checklists, templates, and role-based playbooks.
- Organize and maintain the AI agent and workflow library in SharePoint.
- Assist with intake hygiene, project status tracking, and the idea-to-pilot pipeline.
- Track adoption signals and impact metrics using Excel dashboards.
- Partner with HR practitioners to document needs and translate them into structured steps.
- Evaluate AI outputs for quality and consistency to ensure brand safety.
