Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and credit card transactions to support Accounts Payable.
- Triage and respond to simple customer emails for Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare check deposit reports.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and AI automation projects.
- Support special projects.
- Provide ad-hoc support to AP, AR, and Procurement teams.
