Responsibilities
- Review and approve marketing materials against work papers for quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners via phone, email, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and network operations teams.
- Facilitate and complete program implementation tasks.
- Submit programs to payment networks for review and approval.
- Train partners on marketing submission portals and monitor their usage.
- Manage the self-approval process for assigned partners.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and complete reports.
- Remediate applicable compliance review findings.
