Responsibilities

  • Ensure administrative friction does not hinder patient access to life-changing therapies.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of medication access and affordability.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders including doctors' offices, insurance companies, affordability programs, and pharmacies.
  • Execute operational workflows using proprietary software tools.
  • Continuously adapt and optimize internal operational processes.
  • Build a deep understanding of how AI is integrated into healthcare operational workflows.
