Requirements
- Mature and personal Christian faith with commitment to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare program/project coordination, Medicaid-funded services, or behavioral health operations.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site implementation, reporting, or cross-functional program support.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain project documentation, and track risks and issues.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Project management or quality certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ, Scrum) preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health or social service programs preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue cycle concepts, or EHR systems preferred.
- Experience in refugee resettlement or immigrant-serving organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate national Medicaid program planning, governance, implementation timelines, and status reporting across participating offices.
- Conduct readiness assessments, office onboarding, and post-launch follow-up for Medicaid program implementation.
- Manage training logistics, resource sharing, and program materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and billing staff to track program dependencies, risks, and escalation needs.
- Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and readiness trackers to support continuous improvement and long-term sustainability.
- Facilitate communication and feedback loops between Home Office leaders, enterprise partners, and local offices.
