Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising media planning/buying in paid search within an agency/client environment.
- 2+ years prior staff management with development and mentoring experience.
- Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid search campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with data analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong working experience in Google Suite, Excel, and Asana.
- Experience creating paid search customer acquisition campaigns for a diverse range of clients and verticals (multi-location and lead gen preferred).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Boardroom leadership presence and the ability to lead a team remotely.
- Maturity and professionalism appropriate for the size and scale of teams and accounts managed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4–5 Paid Search Managers and Associate Directors through strategic guidance and coaching.
- Oversee a portfolio of enterprise Paid Search clients, ensuring execution, retention, growth, and strategic alignment.
- Drive integrated, data-informed Paid Search strategies aligned with client business objectives and cross-channel goals.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner across client relationships, overseeing deliverables and long-term growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Services and media teams to identify account growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish testing frameworks and innovation roadmaps to advance Paid Search best practices.
- Support new business initiatives through account audits and pitches for prospective clients.
