Requirements
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical technology agency experience.
- Recent experience building, launching, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns within DSPs and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of programmatic media, audience activation, inventory, bidding, optimization, brand safety, and frequency management.
- Experience developing integrated media plans, budgets, forecasts, and client recommendations.
- Working knowledge of paid social, paid search, video, audio, and other digital channels.
- Ability to move comfortably between strategic client conversations and detailed platform execution.
- Experience managing budgets, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate client objectives and audience insights into integrated media strategies, channel plans, budgets, forecasts, and learning agendas.
- Develop plans across programmatic, endemic, EHR, point-of-care, paid social, paid search, video, audio, and emerging channels.
- Plan, build, launch, buy, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across DSPs and other paid media platforms.
- Lead optimization decisions across audiences, channels, partners, bids, budgets, placements, and creative.
- Serve as a trusted media advisor and present strategies, investment recommendations, performance findings, and future opportunities to clients.
- Lead or contribute media strategy to pitches, proposals, scopes, and capabilities presentations.
- Mentor and provide strategic and technical guidance to team members as the practice grows.
