Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of experience in B2B/cybersecurity field marketing or partner marketing.
- Proven experience supporting or partnering with sales organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce to track program performance and pipeline contribution.
- Experience using social channels for event promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset for identifying new customer and prospect engagement opportunities.
- Ability to travel 15–20% within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Create quarterly field marketing plans to generate demand and increase funnel velocity in the assigned territory.
- Own end-to-end execution of regional programs such as virtual events, in-person events, and executive roundtables.
- Manage event logistics, promotional activities, communications, SDR hand-offs, and post-program follow-up.
- Support the planning and execution of national tradeshows, conferences, and customer events.
- Manage the in-region field marketing budget, tracking spend and evaluating performance via CPL, ROI, and pipeline metrics.
- Provide weekly and monthly program reporting and event analytics.
