Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software.
- 2+ years of experience in production AI/ML.
- Proven track record of legacy-to-AI migrations.
- Experience creating and defending architectural decision records (ADRs).
- Ability to build artifacts personally to production standard.
- Public writing samples demonstrating technical explanation and publication-standard clarity.
- Professional proficiency in written English.
- Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, LGPD, CONPES 4144).
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality technical content for a Master in AI Systems Engineering.
- Build software artifacts to production standards.
- Produce technical writing such as documentation, workshop materials, or book chapters.
- Maintain version-controlled architectural decision records (ADRs) and compliance-map templates.
- Ensure technical content aligns with relevant regulatory frameworks.
