Requirements

- Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI in a real production workflow.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical subject matter into plain, practical content.
- Portfolio showing previous instructional design work.
- Ability to work quickly, iteratively, and produce on-brand work independently.
- Experience analyzing data like completion rates, feedback scores, and usage metrics.
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs with managers and SMEs to define objectives and scope.
- Design and develop engaging self-paced e-learning, video tutorials, and interactive modules.
- Create scenario-based content that mirrors realistic accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firm workflows.
- Produce time-of-need performance support including job aids, quick reference guides, and in-product guidance.
- Develop assessments to measure comprehension rather than just completion.
- Analyze learner data and product usage to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
