Requirements
- Experience with observability implementation projects (Dynatrace, Tanium, Logic Monitor, Cribl, Splunk, or Grafana).
- Experience with data center infrastructure hardware and/or software.
- Knowledge of project management standards, processes, and PMBOK best practices.
- Solid understanding of IT project methodologies and lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage medium to high-risk, high-complexity, and high-visibility projects.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Capability to facilitate interactions with executive-level clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Remove impediments and foster a trusting, collaborative team environment.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within project teams.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and execute project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and vendor deliverables to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
- Maintain project documentation and system updates using company tools like Salesforce.
- Identify and pursue additional services revenue opportunities within client environments.
