Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience of clinical treatment planning
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in Italian and/or German, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Responsibilities
- Demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s suite of automation tools
- Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide a solution independently and/or with the help of the programming team
- Work with the EMEA sales team to demonstrate software to prospective customers and provide training to newly installed clinics
- Proactively check in with current customers to hear feedback and share new features
- Host webinars to answer clinics’ questions and highlight features
- Develop training materials to distribute to clinics
- Collaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites with the EMEA sales team
- Attend congresses and on-site meetings to demonstrate the software and meet with clinicians
