Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or creator growth.
- Strong proficiency in reading and acting on performance data (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates).
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Klear, GRIN, or Shopify Affiliates.
- Proficiency in building and managing tracking systems (GA4, attribution, UTMs).
- Expertise in relationship management, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience managing healthcare professionals or science-based advisory agreements is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaign budgets and optimize spend.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
- Demonstrated humility, hunger to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Build a scalable affiliate program to drive sales and build trust.
- Manage creators, affiliates, and healthcare experts to ensure brand alignment.
- Negotiate partnership deals and manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement tracking systems using UTMs, GA4, and attribution models.
- Coordinate with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to launch and optimize campaigns.
