Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in a senior or lead-level role with end-to-end ownership.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React.
- Experience with SQL.
- Solid experience designing scalable, reliable systems.
- Strong background in conducting thorough code reviews.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, distributed environment.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for coding, automation, or agentic workflows.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.
- Utilize AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate delivery and automate repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions.
- Write automated tests and perform code reviews to ensure quality.
- Deploy and monitor production features using GitLab, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Improve team engineering practices.
- Partner with Product and other teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver work.
