Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Design experience.
- Strong end-to-end product ownership from problem definition to implementation and launch.
- Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills for responsive web and mobile.
- Experience with evidence-based decision-making using research, feedback, and product/funnel data.
- Awareness of growth and conversion principles, customer psychology, and friction analysis.
- Experience contributing to experimentation, such as A/B testing.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools.
- Experience collaborating directly with Engineering for design QA and implementation reviews.
- Practical AI fluency for research, prototyping, and design exploration workflows.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end product design initiatives across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Translate ambiguous problems into intuitive, production-ready experiences using UX, interaction, and visual design principles.
- Perform customer research using interviews, feedback, usability testing, and funnel data analysis.
- Develop evidence-based design recommendations that balance conversion goals with customer trust.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape priorities and run experiments.
- Collaborate with Engineering during implementation to ensure build quality and address edge cases.
- Maintain and improve reusable components and design systems for consistency.
