Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product design role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Fluent in AI tooling for customer discovery, problem definition, and prototyping.
- Strong research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills.
- Deep empathy for client workflows, expectations, and efficiency needs.
- Strong visual and interface design skills with experience in complex functional interfaces.
- Highly proficient in Figma, specifically with auto-layout features.
- Proven bias toward action and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Vibe-coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from discovery to delivery, including post-launch analysis.
- Work AI-first by leveraging AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, writing, and prototyping.
- Build interactive, functional prototypes to test with users early in the process.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide design decisions.
- Drive alignment by facilitating workshops and focusing the team on business and user needs.
- Think system-wide by contributing to and maintaining the design system.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams.
