Requirements
- Experience in UX research, UX design or a hybrid research and design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design approach and impact.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into effective design solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools.
- Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of consistency and reusable design patterns.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in an Agile environment.
- Confident communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and intuitive interfaces that balance user needs, business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and discovery sessions, and translate findings into actionable design insights.
- Build and maintain design libraries, reusable components, patterns and guidelines to create a consistent experience across digital products.
- Iterate on designs using user feedback, usability testing, stakeholder input and data insights to continuously improve product experiences.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, business stakeholders and global UX colleagues to align designs with product roadmaps and ensure effective implementation.
- Support a modern, consistent and customer-focused brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints while considering accessibility and inclusive design principles.
