Requirements
- 4-year college degree with accounting course work.
- 3-5 years previous AR/Billing, Credit & management experience.
- Significant NetSuite experience.
- Experience using various vendor portals including Amazon Vendor Central.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in high-volume transactional manual business environments.
- Familiarity with foreign customers, currencies, and billing/tax requirements.
- Ability to prioritize daily workloads and meet monthly/quarterly deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and executional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the AR team and lead all AR functions within the company.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers and cash application.
- Develop and maintain detailed standard operating procedures for accounts receivable.
- Liaise between departments including FinOps, Sales, and Operations.
- Attend customer onboarding calls to identify billing requirements.
- Resolve collection issues and manage customer outreach for overdue payments.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain internal controls and assist with year-end audit requests.
