Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, architecture, construction, business, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in consulting, engineering, technical services, or business development.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic growth initiatives and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Proven experience building and managing executive-level client relationships and complex pursuits.
- Strong understanding of technical consulting and forensic business models.
- Advanced financial acumen and analytical capabilities to evaluate revenue opportunities and profitability.
- Ability to influence technical and operational stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Lead executive-level client engagements and strategic pursuits.
- Identify and act on emerging market opportunities, client needs, and regulatory developments.
- Partner with Commercial and Technical Directors to align growth initiatives with operational capacity.
- Drive cross-selling, integrated-service solutions, and market-facing initiatives.
- Manage commercial performance metrics including pipeline development, win rates, and profitability.
- Coach Growth Managers and strengthen commercial capabilities and leadership pipelines.
