Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, People Technology, or People Technology Project Management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday and a thorough understanding of its functionality.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating technical and process documentation.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Greenhouse or other talent acquisition systems (preferred).
- Workday configuration experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end projects including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the People Technology ecosystem including Workday and Greenhouse.
- Build and maintain test scripts to ensure accurate and reliable system changes.
- Create user-focused documentation, guides, and launch materials for new processes.
- Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across the technology stack.
