Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, People Technology, or People Technology Project Management role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday and a thorough understanding of its functionality.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for creating technical and process documentation.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives independently.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other talent acquisition systems (preferred).
  • Workday configuration experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage end-to-end projects including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the People Technology ecosystem including Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Build and maintain test scripts to ensure accurate and reliable system changes.
  • Create user-focused documentation, guides, and launch materials for new processes.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support across the technology stack.
