Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role.
- Proficient in Workday with hands-on experience navigating functionality.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create precise, user-centric documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
- Experience with project management methodology from planning through to closure.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse or other Talent Acquisition technologies is a plus.
- Workday configuration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders to map processes and translate needs into technical requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the People Technology stack, including Workday and Greenhouse.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and user documentation to ensure system adoption.
- Deliver status updates and launch communications to keep teams aligned.
- Provide hands-on configuration support for People systems.
