Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in product management, program management, strategy, or business transformation within large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience building or leading a centralized PMO, product operations, or similar governance functions.
- Proven track record of activating strategic partnerships or launching products end-to-end in complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong executive presence and ability to align senior leadership, commercial, and operational teams.
- Proven experience collaborating with go-to-market, sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Highly structured approach to managing multiple initiatives, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex programs into clear, actionable narratives and deliverables.
- Solid commercial understanding, connecting product strategy with pricing, revenue, and business outcomes.
- Experience with pilot design, partner onboarding, and large-scale enterprise deployments.
- Background in BPO, contact centers, customer experience technology, or enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or workforce management technology is an asset.
- Experience in management consulting, revenue operations, or channel partner programs is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end activation of new vendor partnerships and internal tools, from initial scoping to post-launch stabilization.
- Own and maintain a multi-year product strategy roadmap in collaboration with business development and commercial teams.
- Lead senior leadership updates and cross-functional working sessions to manage complex programs.
- Partner with product marketing to develop sales collateral, enablement resources, and product materials.
- Establish commission structures, pricing models, and revenue recognition processes in coordination with finance and commercial teams.
- Identify pilot customer accounts and define scope, objectives, success metrics, and exit criteria.
- Build and maintain a product catalog and internal toolkit, including playbooks and onboarding materials.
- Establish and manage PMO intake, governance, and delivery processes across business units.
- Mentor and coach team members while promoting best practices in product thinking and execution.
