Responsibilities
- Own landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages.
- Simplify complex insurance user flows and data inputs.
- Personalize the customer experience based on persona and marketing channel.
- Improve quote shopping and display complex information without cognitive overload.
- Integrate multiple insurance carriers and secondary product lines into the shopping funnel.
