Responsibilities
- Own landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages.
- Simplify user flows by managing data input requirements.
- Personalize the user experience based on personas and marketing channels.
- Design communication, copy, and UI to build customer trust.
- Improve the display of complex information to reduce cognitive overload during quote shopping.
- Integrate various insurance carriers into a unified user experience.
- Integrate additional products like home, roadside assistance, and property tax appeals into the core funnel.
