Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of Salesforce engineering experience with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and SOQL.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external business systems.
  • Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and troubleshooting web-based software (Apex/Java).
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including SSJS, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Expertise in data management, large data volumes, SQL, and database optimization.
  • Experience with API design techniques for omnichannel microservices.
  • Practical experience with agile software practices, unit testing, and deployment processes.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills for managing complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, review, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and web-based software solutions.
  • Write and review technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
  • Develop automated unit tests and contribute to build, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Apply agile and Scrum practices while partnering with Technical Program Managers on delivery timelines.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application bugs and performance challenges.
  • Collaborate across front-end, back-end, API, and database layers to resolve system issues.
  • Partner with engineering and business teams to balance technical and business priorities.
  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations with business applications and API-driven services.
