Job Details

5+ years of experience across AI/ML engineering, data science, or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience building agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration and tool calling.
Hands-on experience building RAG solutions, including embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Strong MLOps experience including deployment, versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
Strong Python proficiency with experience developing services, APIs, and pipelines.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure, preferably AWS and Amazon Bedrock.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to partner with domain experts and convert ambiguous requirements into technical solutions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Develop machine learning models, agents, and automation workflows for terminology management, content creation, mapping, and validation.
Build agentic workflows that use LLMs, tools, APIs, knowledge sources, and structured business rules.
Maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities.
Partner with data science teams to integrate and productionize existing agents.
Own the deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI workflows in production.
Design evaluation, testing, and observability practices with controls for auditability and human-in-the-loop review.
Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS services applying CI/CD and containerization.
Collaborate with clinical and product partners to translate workflows into technical solutions.
