Requirements
- Have five to twelve years of software engineering experience.
- Bring strong backend engineering skills.
- Have experience with TypeScript or a similar stack.
- Have experience building complex AI applications.
- Have applied machine learning in product or engineering work beyond basic retrieval-augmented generation or research-only projects.
- Have strong computer science or mathematics fundamentals with relevant exposure to AI.
- Bring product intuition and structured problem-solving ability.
- Be able to prototype quickly and design production systems.
- Experience on high-velocity product teams at startups or growth-stage companies is valuable; early engineering or founder experience is also relevant.
Responsibilities
- Prototype AI applications to explore opportunities in data and marketing workflows.
- Develop and ship product ideas with a small team.
- Lay the groundwork for new product capabilities.
- Make decisions about AI architectures and frameworks.
- Determine where different language models are effective.
- Build production data agents that use company data to answer analytics and data science questions.
- Learn customer workflows and create seamless AI-assisted product experiences.
