Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, channel, or related roles.
- Demonstrated track record of generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Proven experience managing the full commercial lifecycle of technology partnerships, including joint business planning and co-selling.
- Experience designing and executing joint go-to-market programs (demand gen, field events, content).
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to align executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to act as the commercial counterpart to a technical partnerships organization.
- Comfort starting as an individual contributor with the ability to build toward team leadership.
- Experience with major CRM, cloud, or platform ecosystems is preferred.
- Experience running rep-to-rep co-selling motions and marketplace listings is advantageous.
- Prior people-management experience or demonstrated readiness to build and lead a team.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with self-serve and enterprise/mid-market motions.
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial, relational, and operational health of a select portfolio of strategic technology alliances.
- Develop and maintain joint business plans with partners to drive relationship growth and performance.
- Collaborate with technical partnership teams to assess integration readiness for commercial alliances.
- Drive field-level co-selling by connecting sales representatives and developing enablement programs.
- Manage and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Design and execute joint go-to-market programs, including demand generation, field events, and content.
- Align executive sponsors, management, and field organizations around shared alliance priorities.
- Establish an effective operating model including QBRs, planning cadences, and performance management.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Technology Partner Managers as the function scales.
