Requirements
- 8+ years in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel roles
- Demonstrated track record driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Experience owning the full commercial lifecycle of a technology partnership (joint business planning, field co-sell, co-marketing)
- Track record designing and running joint go-to-market programs (demand gen, field events, content)
- Proven ability to align stakeholders across executive, management, and field levels
- Proven ability to align functions including product, marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Ability to start as an individual contributor with a clear trajectory toward leadership
- Experience as the commercial counterpart to a technical partnerships function
- Experience with major CRM, cloud, or platform ecosystems preferred
- Prior people-management experience or readiness to build a team is a plus
- Background at a high-growth SaaS company preferred
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership — commercial, relational, and operational — of a select portfolio of Apollo's graduated technology alliances
- Build and maintain joint business plans with each partner and act as the single point of accountability for relationship health
- Collaborate with Product Partnerships to evaluate, graduate, and manage the lifecycle of technology integrations
- Drive field-level co-selling by facilitating rep-to-rep introductions and building enablement materials
- Design and execute joint go-to-market programs, including demand generation, field events, and content
- Align stakeholders across executive, management, and field levels to ensure shared goals
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of Technology Partner Managers as the business scales
- Establish operating rhythms such as QBRs, planning cycles, and reporting metrics for the team
