Requirements

  • 8+ years in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel roles
  • Demonstrated track record driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Experience owning the full commercial lifecycle of a technology partnership (joint business planning, field co-sell, co-marketing)
  • Track record designing and running joint go-to-market programs (demand gen, field events, content)
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders across executive, management, and field levels
  • Proven ability to align functions including product, marketing, sales, and partnerships
  • Ability to start as an individual contributor with a clear trajectory toward leadership
  • Experience as the commercial counterpart to a technical partnerships function
  • Experience with major CRM, cloud, or platform ecosystems preferred
  • Prior people-management experience or readiness to build a team is a plus
  • Background at a high-growth SaaS company preferred

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership — commercial, relational, and operational — of a select portfolio of Apollo's graduated technology alliances
  • Build and maintain joint business plans with each partner and act as the single point of accountability for relationship health
  • Collaborate with Product Partnerships to evaluate, graduate, and manage the lifecycle of technology integrations
  • Drive field-level co-selling by facilitating rep-to-rep introductions and building enablement materials
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market programs, including demand generation, field events, and content
  • Align stakeholders across executive, management, and field levels to ensure shared goals
  • Hire, coach, and lead a team of Technology Partner Managers as the business scales
  • Establish operating rhythms such as QBRs, planning cycles, and reporting metrics for the team
